While aquaculture has mainly been used for shell fish of salmon, ‘Taste of B.C.’ is one of less than 12 fresh-water trout farms. This facility uses some of newest available recirculation technology designed to achieve intensive water intensively re-use.
Taste of B.C. will be capable of producing 100 metric tons of market sized fish per year, in an environmentally responsible manner inside this superb MegaDome® fish farm building.
