Fish and Water.  MOWI (formerly known as Marine Harvest) produces 1/5th of the world’s farm raised salmon, employs over 500 workers in BC alone, and produces about 40,000 tonnes of salmon each year. Fish is a healthy meat choice that feeds billions, but it needs a sustainable

source of clean water. MOWI minimizes its impact on the environment by recycling all water in this state-of-the-art effluent treatment plant. This large galvanized steel MegaDome® contains an array of pumps, solids separators, surge tanks, UV reactors and drum filters.
